Product Features
Adopt German Simens PLC Program Controller and Temp. module.
Adopt large flow blower which has a better dehumidifying effect than normal blowers.
Unique dual-tower molecular sieve design achieves good effect through dehumidifying of molecular sieve by hot air, energy-saving and efficient.
Equipped with return air filter ensures no contamination to the molecular sieve.
Auto-adjust dry air quantity and temp. according to usage of material, prevent over-heating or thermal degradation of plastic resin.
Dew point can be as low as -70oC.
Moisture content can be lower than 100 ppm after drying.
Dew Point Monitor is optional.
Centrol Control Station for the whole system is optional.
Application
OTD Dual-tower Desiccant Dehumidifiers are mainly used to dry hygroscopic engineering plastics or regrind materials. Under ideal conditions, the dew-point of dehumidified dry air can be lower than -70oC, the largest of which can provide dry air up to a quantity of 3,800 m3/hr.
